How Motor Claims Pro Works

Navigating the Motor Claims Pro platform is straightforward, but we understand you may have questions. Here are some guides and video tutorials to help you get started.

How It Works

At Motor Claims Pro, we believe in making insurance claims management as efficient and transparent as possible. Here’s how our platform simplifies the process:

1. Flagging High-Cost Claims:

The process begins when the insurer identifies a claim with high costs based on their discretion.

2. Service Request:

The insurer sends a service request via email to have a listing posted on the Verified Supply platform.

3. Assessor's Details:

The insurer's assessor provides essential details, including vehicle images, a damage report, and the vehicle identification number (BOQ).

4. Inviting Panelists:

Verified Supply invites authorized panelists to participate in the process through email and WhatsApp broadcast.

5. Listing Posting:

Verified Supply posts the listing on the platform, and it remains open for bidding for 48 hours.

6. Competitive Bidding:

Panelists have a 48-hour period to compete for the listing, submitting their quotes and proposals.

7. Results Submission:

Verified Supply compiles the submitted results and presents the insurer with the outcomes at the end of the 48-hour period, including completed quotes from the top three panelists.

8. Scrutinizing Winning Quote:

The winning panelist's quote undergoes further scrutiny using the parts price verification process to ensure accuracy and compliance.

9. Final Inspection:

Repairers come in for a final inspection to prevent latent damage reports and ensure the repair process aligns with the agreed quote.

10. Authorization:

The insurer provides written or email authorization to the winning panelist, confirming the contract price and moving forward with the repair.
